Over the years our team has participated in a number of organizations that foster a spirit of cooperation and support through direct involvement with missions that benefit those in need. Rebuilding Together
The Cullen CM team has a long history with Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago. Chris Hume served on the Board of Directors in the early years of the organization resulting in a strong passion for the work that RTMC does each year. In April 2025, the Cullen CM team, led by House Co-Captains Tony Bohr, Patrick Kowalewski and Jeff Maniaci , and partner Lakeside Bank, renovated a home in Chicago. There is significant planning leading up to the big build day and we are always thrilled with what the team is able to accomplish and the result of teamwork!
Girls in the Game
Girls in the Game, a Chicago-based nonprofit organization, champions a vision - where all
girls are empowered to be game changers, recognizing that not all playing fields are equal. Cullen CM proudly supports this mission through the Leader-to-Leader interviews and and educational project site tour. We bring young women 15-18 years old out into the field, and offer them first hand exposure to the construction and real estate industry.
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity is a leading organization dedicated to creating affordable housing and strengthening communities. Cullen CM proudly took part in the annual Women Build Event in Chicago’s West Pullman neighborhood. Expanding beyond their traditional single-family home model, Habitat Chicago is constructing townhomes in the Austin neighborhood. Our team helped raise funds, build awareness, and actively contribute on build day, providing meaningful opportunities for families to achieve homeownership. At Cullen CM, we believe in giving back, fostering community, encouraging collaboration, and cultivating pride through hands-on construction and teamwork.
Annual Day of Giving
The Cullen CM "Annual Day of Giving" involves participating in GIVING TUESDAY. Cullen CM graciously donates to each team members chosen charity. In doing this, our team comes together for diverse causes helping charities in the Chicagoland area and beyond.
