Cullen CM kicked off Women in Construction Week by highlighting the amazing women in the firm, including founder, Shaylyn Cullen, who demonstrates what it means to be a strong, confident, leader every day! 🎉

Did you know? The origins of WIC Week date back over six decades? This years theme is "Level up, Build Strong." We’re proud to celebrate the women of Cullen CM who bring a diverse skill set and strengthen our projects throughout Chicago and nationwide.
To add to the fun, Cullen CM also hosted a Women in Construction Breakfast at Thrive Exchange on March 5. During the event, women from more than seven companies shared their roles throughout the development and construction process. They also highlighted unique project details during a site tour of this six-story, new construction mixed-use affordable housing project on Chicago’s West Side, part of the Invest South/West initiative.
We are proud to build alongside women who lead!

Thank you to the entire Thrive Exchange project team who came out to support the event and take a tour of the almost finished project at 7905 South Exchange Avenue in Chicago. It was great to connect over breakfast and pause to recognize the impact of the work women in the construction industry perform, and the personal connections we build around it.
Thank you DL3 Realty, GMA Construction Group, W.E. O'Neil Construction
KOO, MAPS's and dbHMS's for your partnership on this transformative project on the south side of Chicago. It's almost finished and it is lovely!
